REFUND POLICY

Last Updated: March 20th 2026

This Refund Policy applies to Eternal Zion LLC, including purchases made through https://www.iameternalzion.com, related webpages, checkout pages, product pages, booking pages, invoices, digital delivery links, client portals, emails, consultations, document-support services, and any other sales channels operated by Eternal Zion LLC.

By purchasing any digital product, booking any consultation, enrolling in any service, submitting payment, accessing any download, receiving any file, or using any Eternal Zion LLC product or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales made through Eternal Zion LLC are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law or unless Eternal Zion LLC approves an exception in writing.

Because Eternal Zion LLC provides digital products, downloadable materials, educational resources, consultations, custom document-support services, administrative preparation, digital access, portal access, and other services that involve immediate access or labor, refunds are limited and are not guaranteed.

Eternal Zion LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests where a product has been delivered, a digital item has been accessed, a consultation has been booked or completed, work has begun, administrative preparation has started, files have been provided, portal access has been granted, or services have been initiated.

2. Digital Products Are Final Sale

All digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, emailed, made available through an account, made available through a portal, or otherwise provided to the customer.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ebooks

  • Guides

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • Letter packages

  • Checklists

  • Workbooks

  • Courses

  • Webinars

  • Audio files

  • Video files

  • Digital bundles

  • Downloadable resources

  • Educational documents

  • Digital forms

  • ZIP files

  • Private resource libraries

  • Any other electronically delivered product

Due to the nature of digital products, Eternal Zion LLC cannot verify whether a customer has copied, saved, downloaded, printed, duplicated, shared, transferred, or otherwise retained the materials after delivery. For this reason, digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided.

3. Digital Bundles

Digital bundles are final sale once any portion of the bundle has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, emailed, made available, or otherwise provided.

If a bundle includes multiple ebooks, templates, courses, files, guides, videos, resources, or bonuses, the customer is not entitled to a partial refund because they did not use, open, read, complete, understand, agree with, or benefit from every item included in the bundle.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchase to ensure the bundle is appropriate for their needs.

4. Download Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, you must contact Eternal Zion LLC for support.

A failed download, expired link, missing email, spam-folder issue, device issue, browser issue, incorrect email address, or user-access problem does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Eternal Zion LLC may, at its discretion, assist by:

  • Resending the download link.

  • Providing a new access link.

  • Verifying the email address used at checkout.

  • Directing the customer to their account or member area.

  • Providing support instructions.

  • Confirming whether the order was successfully completed.

  • Providing access through an alternate approved delivery method.

Customers may also use the Download Links page or support resources provided on the website to request assistance with digital access.

5. Incorrect Email Address or Customer Error

Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact, billing, and delivery information at checkout.

Eternal Zion LLC is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses

  • Typographical errors

  • Outdated contact information

  • Full inboxes

  • Spam filters

  • Customer device issues

  • Customer internet issues

  • Browser restrictions

  • Customer failure to create or access an account

  • Customer failure to follow provided instructions

If a customer enters incorrect information, Eternal Zion LLC may attempt to assist, but a refund is not guaranteed.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally purchases the exact same digital product more than once, Eternal Zion LLC may review the purchase history and determine whether a duplicate-purchase exception is appropriate.

Duplicate-purchase refunds are not automatic.

Eternal Zion LLC may deny a duplicate-purchase refund if:

  • The purchases were made using different names, emails, accounts, or payment methods.

  • The products were not identical.

  • The purchase was part of a bundle or promotion.

  • The customer accessed or downloaded both purchases.

  • The customer initiated a chargeback before contacting support.

  • Eternal Zion LLC determines that the refund request is abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.

Any approved duplicate-purchase refund is discretionary and may exclude processing fees or other non-recoverable transaction costs.

7. Consultations

Consultation fees are final once a consultation is booked, scheduled, confirmed, started, missed, or completed.

Consultations require time, preparation, scheduling availability, and professional attention. By booking a consultation, the customer reserves a specific time slot or service window that may no longer be available to other customers.

Consultations are educational in nature. Eternal Zion LLC does not guarantee that a consultation will result in any specific legal, tax, financial, credit, business, debt, government, agency, filing, or personal outcome.

8. Rescheduling Consultations

Eternal Zion LLC may allow consultation rescheduling at its discretion.

To request rescheduling, the customer must contact Eternal Zion LLC before the scheduled appointment time and provide sufficient notice.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be denied if:

  • The request is made too close to the appointment time.

  • The customer has already rescheduled before.

  • The customer misses the appointment.

  • The customer fails to provide required intake information.

  • The customer is unreachable.

  • The consultation has already begun.

  • Eternal Zion LLC determines the request is unreasonable or abusive.

If rescheduling is approved, the customer must attend the rescheduled appointment. Missed rescheduled appointments are non-refundable.

9. Missed Appointments and No-Shows

If a customer misses a scheduled consultation, fails to attend, arrives late, does not provide necessary information, does not respond to communication, or is unavailable at the scheduled time, the consultation may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Eternal Zion LLC is not required to provide a refund, replacement appointment, credit, or additional consultation time for missed appointments or customer delays.

10. Service Packages and Document-Support Services

Service packages and document-support services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Intake review

  • Customer file creation

  • Client portal setup

  • Email communication

  • Internal administrative preparation

  • Reviewing submitted information

  • Drafting documents

  • Customizing templates

  • Preparing forms

  • Preparing letters

  • Preparing affidavits

  • Preparing agreements

  • Preparing trust-related documents

  • Preparing UCC-related documents

  • Preparing ministry-related documents

  • Preparing business-related documents

  • Preparing credit-related documents

  • Preparing filing instructions

  • Providing digital library access

  • Providing educational materials

  • Scheduling support

  • Filing coordination

  • Mailing coordination

  • Notary coordination

  • Third-party processing coordination

  • Customer support related to the service

  • Any other administrative or document-preparation activity

Once any of the above activities has started, the service is considered active and the payment is final unless Eternal Zion LLC approves an exception in writing.

11. SPC Filing Support and Private Administrative Packages

SPC filing support, secured party creditor education, private administrative document packages, trust-related document packages, UCC-related support, and related services are custom and administrative in nature.

These services may involve intake, review, document preparation, portal access, digital resource delivery, filing coordination, customized paperwork, and administrative labor.

Because these services require time, preparation, labor, digital access, and customized work, payments are non-refundable once the service begins.

A service may be considered to have begun when any of the following occurs:

  • The customer submits intake information.

  • Eternal Zion LLC reviews the customer’s information.

  • A client file or portal is created.

  • Digital products or bonuses are delivered.

  • Document preparation begins.

  • Drafts are created.

  • Administrative review begins.

  • Filing instructions are prepared.

  • Third-party coordination begins.

  • Communication regarding the service begins.

  • The customer receives access to educational resources.

  • Any portion of the service is performed.

12. No Refund Based on Outcome

Eternal Zion LLC does not provide refunds because a customer does not achieve a desired result.

No refund will be issued solely because:

  • A customer’s credit score does not increase.

  • A credit item is not removed.

  • A debt is not canceled, discharged, forgiven, settled, or modified.

  • A creditor, lender, collector, bank, agency, or third party rejects a document.

  • A government agency does not accept a filing.

  • A customer does not receive a tax refund, exemption, deduction, or approval.

  • A customer does not receive funding, credit approval, banking approval, or business approval.

  • A customer does not receive passport approval or agency recognition.

  • A customer does not agree with the educational information provided.

  • A customer does not understand the material.

  • A customer fails to use the product or service.

  • A customer changes their mind.

  • A customer finds similar information elsewhere.

  • A customer purchases the wrong product.

  • A customer no longer needs the product or service.

  • A customer expected a result that was not expressly guaranteed in writing.

Eternal Zion LLC does not guarantee legal, tax, credit, debt, financial, business, filing, agency, government, court, creditor, or third-party outcomes.

13. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, service descriptions, checkout terms, disclaimers, pricing, delivery details, refund terms, and included materials before making a purchase.

By purchasing, the customer confirms that they understand what they are buying and that they are not relying on any promise, guarantee, verbal statement, social media content, testimonial, or assumption that is not expressly stated in writing on the applicable product or service page.

Customers should not purchase any product or service unless they have carefully reviewed the description and determined that it is appropriate for their needs.

14. Complimentary Bonuses and Digital Library Access

Some products or services may include complimentary bonuses, free resources, additional ebooks, templates, guides, digital library access, or other included materials.

These bonuses may have independent educational, retail, promotional, or internal value.

If Eternal Zion LLC approves a discretionary refund for a service package, Eternal Zion LLC may deduct the value of any digital products, bonuses, templates, files, resources, portal access, administrative labor, completed work, third-party costs, transaction fees, or other delivered items from the refund amount.

Complimentary bonuses do not create a right to a refund, replacement, cash value, credit, or exchange.

15. Payment Plans

If Eternal Zion LLC offers a payment plan, installment plan, deposit, split payment, invoice arrangement, or subscription-based payment option, the customer remains responsible for all agreed payments unless Eternal Zion LLC approves a written cancellation or modification.

Starting a payment plan does not change the final-sale nature of digital products, consultations, or service packages.

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Paused services

  • Cancellation of delivery

  • Removal from a program

  • Loss of portal access

  • Collection of outstanding balances

  • Denial of future purchases or services

  • Other remedies allowed by law or contract

Payments already made under a payment plan are non-refundable unless Eternal Zion LLC approves an exception in writing.

16. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits, retainers, booking fees, administrative fees, setup fees, consultation fees, and initial service payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

These payments compensate Eternal Zion LLC for reserving time, beginning preparation, reviewing information, creating files, initiating administrative work, providing access, or declining other service opportunities.

17. Subscriptions and Memberships

If Eternal Zion LLC offers subscriptions, memberships, private education libraries, recurring programs, or recurring billing plans, customers are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms before enrolling.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, unless otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.

Eternal Zion LLC may provide cancellation instructions through the website, account portal, billing platform, or customer support.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Eternal Zion LLC first before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, bank claim, PayPal claim, Stripe dispute, credit card dispute, or similar payment challenge.

Many issues can be resolved through support, including access issues, missing emails, expired download links, scheduling questions, duplicate purchases, or clarification of product delivery.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a product, accessing a download, attending a consultation, receiving services, receiving portal access, or receiving documents, Eternal Zion LLC reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:

  • Order records

  • Download records

  • Access logs

  • Email correspondence

  • Checkout acknowledgments

  • Product descriptions

  • Service descriptions

  • Policy acknowledgments

  • Delivery records

  • Consultation records

  • Portal activity

  • Intake submissions

  • Drafting or service activity

  • IP address or login records where available

  • Any other relevant documentation

Eternal Zion LLC also reserves the right to suspend access, terminate services, block future purchases, recover outstanding amounts, and pursue any lawful remedies available.

19. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Sharing

Refunds will not be provided to customers who engage in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized sharing, resale, duplication, chargeback abuse, false claims, harassment, threats, or misuse of Eternal Zion LLC products or services.

Unauthorized sharing, resale, reproduction, distribution, uploading, forwarding, publishing, copying, or commercial use of Eternal Zion LLC materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

20. Third-Party Fees and Processing Costs

Some payments may include third-party fees, processing charges, platform fees, payment processor fees, filing fees, mailing fees, notary fees, software fees, portal fees, administrative expenses, or other non-recoverable costs.

If Eternal Zion LLC approves a discretionary refund, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Eternal Zion LLC is not responsible for delays, fees, holds, currency conversion charges, overdraft fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or third-party platforms.

21. Exchanges and Store Credit

Eternal Zion LLC is not required to provide exchanges, substitutions, store credits, or product transfers.

At its discretion, Eternal Zion LLC may offer a store credit, alternate product, replacement link, rescheduled appointment, or service credit as a customer-support accommodation.

Any accommodation offered by Eternal Zion LLC does not waive this Refund Policy and does not create a right to similar treatment in the future.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, platform, or third-party provider.

Eternal Zion LLC is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or third-party platforms.

24. Policy Updates

The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or unless Eternal Zion LLC provides otherwise in writing.
